Our well-kept, paved motorhome pitch is directly opposite Gedern Castle and accommodates motorhomes up to 8 metres long. Access is level and straightforward from a quiet side street.
The pitch has both sun and pleasant shade, surrounded by grass and trees. The currently confirmed facilities are shown in the booking area.
Gedern Castle and its park are just a few metres away. In 2027, one of the entrances to the Oberhessen State Garden Show will be here. In the historic castle courtyard you will find SchlossHOTEL Gedern with its restaurant, terrace and snack bar, as well as the cultural history museum, the Altes Rentamt and the local produce shop.
The Vulkanradweg cycle route is close by, and you can walk to a bakery and butcher in the town centre in around five minutes. A small, personal pitch for a relaxing stay, a visit to the garden show or a stop along your journey.
The Schlossberg location combines Gedern’s sights with excursions into the Vogelsberg volcanic region and the Wetterau.
